SS Dred (Slope-Shouldered Dreadnought)

This is the classic full-bodied guitar that is intended to be driven hard with a flat pick. It is built for use with medium strings but can also be built lighter should the player prefer light strings. It is a 25.4” scale guitar that differs from the standard Dred. The slope-shouldered Dred has a slotted headstock and features 12 frets to the body. It has a longer body and exhibits a more rounded appearance than its more square-shaped 14-fret cousin.

The body dimensions for the SS Dred are as follows:

Body Length = 21.12"

Upper Bout = 11.12"

Lower Bout = 15.56"

Waist = 10.50"

UB Depth = 4.00"

LB Depth = 5.00"
