I was invited to show my guitars at the Kalamazoo Fretboard Festival on March 26, 2011. It was a great event with scores of bands and individual performers participating over the entire weekend. They also feature various workshops on instruments and everything music at the same time. I was honored to be asked to provide one of my 12 string guitars in the workshop conducted by Neil Jacobs.

I always enjoy meeting new people, especially those who are guitar players. The event provided for both professionals as well as amateurs alike. I showed several sizes and styles which seemd to fit the needs and preferences of all who stopped by to pick or strum a few tunes.

To those who are within a short drive to Kalamazoo, I highly recommend attending next year's event. It was a wonderful way to get out of the cold and experience the happiness and cameraderie that great music seems to inspire. I'll definitely be back...hope to see old friends and meet new ones.
